Job Summary
Overseeing client relationships and performance, the full-time remote Director of Client Success will manage a team of Client Success Managers, ensuring adherence to standards and driving operational excellence through analytics and proactive issue resolution.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor client performance and ensure Client Success standards are met
- Utilize KPI tools and analytics to provide reporting on client health and performance
- Mentor Client Success Managers in managing client expectations and implementing solutions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare management, or related field preferred
- At least five years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or related field
- Basic familiarity with medical billing and terminology
- Proven strong leadership and management skills
- Strong knowledge in revenue cycle management, accounting, and/or finance
