Director of Client Success

Job Summary

Overseeing client relationships and performance, the full-time remote Director of Client Success will manage a team of Client Success Managers, ensuring adherence to standards and driving operational excellence through analytics and proactive issue resolution.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor client performance and ensure Client Success standards are met
• Utilize KPI tools and analytics to provide reporting on client health and performance
• Mentor Client Success Managers in managing client expectations and implementing solutions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare management, or related field preferred
• At least five years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or related field
• Basic familiarity with medical billing and terminology
• Proven strong leadership and management skills
• Strong knowledge in revenue cycle management, accounting, and/or finance
