Job Summary
Seeking an entrepreneurial individual, the full-time remote Director of Client Success will manage and expand a portfolio of health plan customers, collaborating with internal teams to drive onboarding, engagement, and strategic partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of health plan clients, ensuring successful onboarding and value demonstration
- Partner with the Implementation team to establish effective communication and alignment with health plan clients
- Consult with clients to develop measurable goals and execute comprehensive member engagement strategies aligned with Progyny's offerings
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level customer success or account management, preferably within health plans
- Proven track record of managing national and regional health plans across various lines of business
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Experience building relationships with C-level executives and customer stakeholders
- Understanding of data and key metrics relevant to client success and ROI
