Job Summary
Overseeing client relationships, the full-time remote Director of Client Success will manage performance metrics, mentor team members, and ensure operational excellence while collaborating with various departments to resolve client issues.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor client performance and ensure adherence to Client Success standards
- Utilize KPI tools to provide reporting and visibility on client health and performance
- Mentor Client Success Managers to exceed client expectations and facilitate regular client meetings
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare management, or related field preferred
- At least five years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or a related field
- Basic familiarity with medical billing and terminology
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Proven ability to analyze client results and implement solutions collaboratively
