Job Summary

Overseeing client relationships, the full-time remote Director of Client Success will manage performance metrics, mentor team members, and ensure operational excellence while collaborating with various departments to resolve client issues.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor client performance and ensure adherence to Client Success standards
  • Utilize KPI tools to provide reporting and visibility on client health and performance
  • Mentor Client Success Managers to exceed client expectations and facilitate regular client meetings
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare management, or related field preferred
  • At least five years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or a related field
  • Basic familiarity with medical billing and terminology
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Proven ability to analyze client results and implement solutions collaboratively
