Job Summary
To lead client engagement and satisfaction initiatives, the full-time salaried Director of Client Success will manage revenue cycle operations for the Northeast Territory in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee client onboarding, retention strategies, and performance metrics to enhance client satisfaction
