Leading client success initiatives in the Northeast territory, the full-time Director of Client Success will focus on enhancing client relationships, driving revenue cycle performance, and ensuring satisfaction in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction within the revenue cycle
- Manage client relationships and act as a primary point of contact for escalated issues
