Director of Client Success

Job Summary

Driving the performance and operational strategy of the produce and floral division, the full-time remote Director of Client Success will manage day-to-day operations, mentor a team, and establish long-term relationships with fresh shippers to accelerate business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the Client Success Department's daily operations while inspiring and leading the team to achieve corporate objectives
• Establish and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for temperature-controlled and perishable cold-chain operations
• Manage customer implementations and design logistics solutions that enhance service levels and customer retention

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or equivalent professional experience preferred
• 15+ years of logistics and brokerage experience in third-party logistics (3PL) or asset-based providers
• 10+ years of expertise in produce and floral logistics with knowledge of perishable cold-chain execution
• 3+ years of logistics leadership or management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong background in regulatory compliance, including FSMA, STF, and PACA
