Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of De Novo and Clinic Growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of new clinic development projects from concept through opening
• Partner with various teams to evaluate market opportunities and ensure alignment with brand growth strategy
• Track and report key performance metrics for clinic openings and provide ongoing performance coaching to franchisees

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in multi-unit healthcare operations or franchise growth leadership
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end clinic openings on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of regulatory readiness for healthcare environments
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive accountability across partners
