Director of Clinical AI Operations

Job Summary

To support the advancement of clinical excellence in medical imaging, the full-time Director of Clinical AI Operations will manage the design, testing, and validation of AI-enabled clinical workflows, ensuring operational readiness while leading cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical workflows and AI tools, guiding stakeholders on adoption and best practices
• Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, documentation, and resource allocation across various teams
• Support AI adoption through user training, documentation, and ongoing engagement with clinicians and external clients

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in radiology or related clinical workflows and technologies
• At least 5 years' experience managing clinical and/or technical projects
• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or technology-related field preferred
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-project portfolios using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong ability to communicate across clinical and technical domains effectively
