Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of Clinical Consultants to meet client needs and achieve individual goals
Lead clinical implementation, including workflow design, system configuration, and training delivery
Drive enterprise-level clinical strategy and optimization to improve performance metrics and ROI

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; ACM or CCM preferred
10+ years of Case Management (CM) and Utilization Management (UM) experience
At least 5 years of experience managing client-facing teams
Experience with regional or multi-site hospital systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data platforms
