Director of Clinical Data Acquisition

Job Summary

Leading a team in a full-time remote capacity, the Director of Clinical Data Acquisition will oversee clinical data acquisition activities, implement HEDIS operations, and collaborate with health plan quality leads to enhance supplemental data source acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Plans and implements operational processes for HEDIS operations to meet state and federal reporting requirements
• Develops targeted collection strategies for clinical data acquisition related to performance reporting and improvement
• Communicates key deliverables and escalates issues to health plan senior leadership and strategic teams

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in managed care quality, with a minimum of 4 years in health plan quality or process improvement
• Minimum of 3 years of management or leadership experience
• Advanced experience with HEDIS programs and technical experience in reporting or programming
• Strong data analysis, manipulation, and interpretation skills
• Clinical licensure and/or certification required if mandated by state regulations or contracts
