Director of Clinical Data Management

Job Summary

Leading the global implementation of Clinical Data Management processes, the full-time remote Director of Clinical Data Management will oversee data management delivery, standardize study timelines, and ensure inspection readiness across assigned portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of new CDM processes and technology, ensuring effective rollout and risk mitigation
• Establish a framework for CDM project management and oversee data management deliverables across global development programs
• Serve as the lead governance representative for CDM standards and manage relationships with Functional Service Providers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's/MS Degree or international equivalent preferred, with 10+ years of data management experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Expertise in managing vendor relationships and alliances, with at least 7 years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of line management experience, with a focus on people development and operational excellence
• Strong knowledge of FDA and ICH regulations related to data management processes
• Experience with budget planning and relational databases, including clinical data management systems
