Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Clinical and Translational Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of clinical trials and pre-clinical research programs
• Design and implement clinical trial protocols, ensuring compliance with scientific and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of development programs

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Ph.D., MD, PharmD, or equivalent) in life sciences or a related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience in clinical and/or pre-clinical drug development
• Proven leadership in managing clinical trials and pre-clinical studies
• In-depth understanding of clinical trial design and regulatory requirements
• Experience interacting with regulatory bodies and preparing regulatory documentation
