Director of Clinical Education

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Education and Competency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive clinical education and competency strategy aligned with organizational priorities and regulatory requirements
• Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of competency programs for clinicians
• Act as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor on workforce readiness and education best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related clinical field; Master's degree preferred
• Active and unrestricted clinical license
• Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive clinical experience, including five (5) years in clinical education or competency management
• Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory, accreditation, and CME standards
• Experience designing enterprise-scale education or competency programs preferred
