Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Engineering to lead the Clinical Engineering group responsible for building applications and systems for personalized patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Set strategy for the Clinical Engineering domain, translating clinical and product strategy into technical direction and measurable goals
• Lead and develop engineering managers and teams, fostering a high-accountability culture
• Manage delivery for clinical product initiatives, ensuring rapid and safe treatment launches

Required Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience in software engineering with leadership experience
• Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop managers and senior individual contributors
• Strong operational rigor with experience in building reliable systems and operating practices
• Experience collaborating with Security, Legal, Regulatory, and Quality partners to mitigate risks
• Technical fluency in architecture and system design discussions
