Director of Clinical Finance

Job Summary

Overseeing comprehensive revenue and expense budgeting, the full-time remote Director of Clinical Finance will manage forecasting and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making while collaborating across Finance & Operations to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Directs the preparation of annual plans and quarterly forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets
• Leads the reporting of financial results, identifying variance drivers and delivering actionable insights to Clinical Finance
• Oversees the analysis and reconciliation of subsidies and revenue contracts, ensuring accuracy in accruals and reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university
• 10 years of relevant work experience, including 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven expertise in revenue and expense forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
• Proficient in financial systems and advanced Excel modeling; experience with data visualization tools preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred
