Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare system, the full-time salaried Director of Clinical Imaging Services will coordinate imaging operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and manage staff and budgets in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinates system-wide imaging functions, focusing on compliance, strategic planning, and cost reduction initiatives
• Implements and oversees a Quality Assurance Program to maintain high standards of patient care
• Manages human resources responsibilities including staff development, performance evaluations, and budget recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in a large radiology department, including 3 years in a management role
• Knowledge of various imaging modalities and healthcare administration principles
• Experience with financial management and human resource issues in a healthcare setting
• Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills
