Key Responsibilities

• Lead innovation initiatives to modernize healthcare Utilization Management operations
• Manage strategic projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
• Oversee end-to-end solution delivery, including concept design and ongoing performance monitoring

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare project management with a focus on large-scale initiatives
• Strong understanding of clinical and health plan operations, including Utilization and Policy Management
• Experience in strategic planning and agile project portfolio management within the healthcare industry
• Expertise in technologies such as APIs, Microservices, and Predictive Modeling
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
