Director of Clinical Integration

Job Summary

Providing leadership for strategic sourcing initiatives, the full-time salaried Director of Clinical Integration will develop and implement a comprehensive sourcing program while collaborating with Supply Chain leadership to enhance economic value and compliance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a strategic sourcing roadmap tailored to organizational needs
• Oversee the implementation of compliance management standards to reduce clinical variation and promote product standardization
• Negotiate service agreements to achieve best-in-class terms and drive cost savings initiatives across assigned areas

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferred
• Minimum of ten years in progressively responsible positions, including supervision and program leadership
• Experience in leading through dynamic work environments, including hybrid arrangements
• Certified Project Management and APICS certification are a plus
