Job Summary

Leading the Clinical Monitoring unit, the full-time Director of Clinical Monitoring will oversee high-quality clinical trial execution globally, manage staff performance, and ensure compliance with regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Clinical Monitoring unit, ensuring effective planning and resource management
• Collaborate with sponsors and project teams to address concerns and integrate new technologies and processes
• Oversee the recruitment and management of Independent Contractors for Clinical Monitoring services, ensuring compliance and performance standards are met

Required qualifications

• College Diploma or University Degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience
• Experience in managing CRA staff and providing training or mentorship
• Strong knowledge of clinical monitoring regulations and GCP guidelines
• Proven leadership skills and a customer service-oriented approach
• Ability to work effectively in a remote global environment
