A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight for the Clinical Operations team, ensuring scalability and performance management
• Create scalable clinical education systems and processes across healthcare disciplines
• Coordinate operational activities related to clinical placements and procurement in collaboration with clinical education faculty and staff

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree required; MBA preferred
• Demonstrated successful leadership in people operations
• Ability to thrive in a diversified work environment with varying levels of ambiguity
• Track record of working under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• 5-7 years' experience in the Higher Education and/or Healthcare industry preferred
