Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Operations & Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure adherence to clinical workflows and protocols
• Lead a team of Clinician Managers and oversee clinician training and operational adoption of clinical programs
• Collaborate cross-functionally for successful integrations of new clinical services or tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, public health, nursing, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical, healthcare, or operational management role
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical documentation, and patient care protocols
• Experience with EHR systems and comfort with digital health tools is preferred
