Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Clinical Trial Operations EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational aspects of clinical studies, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution
• Develop and implement operational strategies for clinical studies in collaboration with project teams
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee quality assurance processes for clinical operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 12+ years in Clinical Operations, with at least 7 years of management experience
• Experience in rare diseases and conducting Gene Therapy studies required
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to manage and influence CROs and third-party vendors effectively
