Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director Faculty Clinical Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops programs to enhance quality of care, public health, and revenue opportunities
• Ensures seamless integration of service line delivery across financial, clinical, and operational components
• Promotes staff education and development while managing departmental budgets and financial goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred
• Minimum of 3 years' management experience in a medical education or teaching program environment
• Experience managing hospital-based ambulatory services preferred
• BLS HCP certification from AHA required
• Knowledge of patient population growth and development principles
