Director of Clinical Operations

Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of a clinical care model, the full-time remote Director of Clinical Operations will manage the implementation of scalable workflows and protocols, ensuring high-quality care delivery in value-based care settings.

Key responsibilities

• Own the implementation and ongoing refinement of the clinical care model, including protocol development and risk stratification
• Operationalize the clinical model across care teams by developing SOPs, staffing models, and training materials
• Provide operational support to clinical teams and foster a culture of patient-centered care delivery

Required qualifications

• Clinical background in cardiology; NP, PA, or MD degree is a strong plus
• 5+ years of operational and people management experience
• Experience in value-based care provider organizations, particularly in risk arrangements
• Experience building or scaling clinical programs in startup or established health systems
• Strong systems thinker capable of translating clinical strategy into operational reality
