Director of Clinical Operations

Job Summary

To support the delivery of high-quality care for patients with complex needs, the full-time remote Director of Integrated Clinical Service Operations will manage and optimize Behavioral Health, Pharmacy, and Nursing service lines while focusing on operational efficiency, financial accountability, and clinical innovation.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute day-to-day operating models, ensuring workforce productivity and optimizing capacity utilization
• Apply data analytics to develop strategies for improving key performance indicators and reducing total cost of care
• Partner with clinical leadership to design and implement evidence-based care models and standardized workflows

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of progressive leadership experience in clinical operations or healthcare delivery
• Proven track record of managing operating models, including capacity utilization and schedule planning
• Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis and monitoring service line KPIs
• Experience in building scalable clinical workflows and operational playbooks for cross-team coordination
