Director of Clinical Operations

Job Summary

To support the rapid growth of clinical operations, the full-time remote Director of Clinical Operations will design and enhance clinical governance frameworks, manage compliance infrastructure, and lead strategic initiatives to ensure operational excellence and patient safety.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the clinical strategy and own the portfolio roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and funding for strategic initiatives
• Build clinical governance frameworks and manage incident reporting processes to maintain operational stability and quality
• Develop and lead the clinical team, overseeing capacity planning and performance management to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in a Senior Manager or Director-level role within clinical operations or health service delivery
• Strong background in regulated healthcare environments, preferably in a multi-jurisdictional context
• Experience in defining compliance frameworks and managing clinical risk and regulatory adherence
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional strategy and align senior leadership
• Track record of implementing major structural changes that drive organizational efficiency and scale
