A company is looking for a Director, Clinical Outcomes Research.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee clinical outcomes research strategy, prioritizing outcomes studies
• Develop a framework for prioritizing outcomes that balances business returns and time to market
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to conduct validated outcomes research

Required Qualifications

• PhD, DrPH, ScD, MD, or equivalent in Epidemiology, Outcomes Research, Public Health, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in health outcomes generation or real-world evidence research
• Proven ability to publish in peer-reviewed journals and lead interdisciplinary research teams
• Strong understanding of study design, statistics, and regulatory landscape for digital health
• Experience in hiring, training, and managing a multidisciplinary team
