Job Summary
Providing scientific and strategic leadership, the full-time Director or Senior Director of Clinical Pharmacology will oversee the clinical pharmacology strategy for oncology programs, design and manage clinical trials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the clinical pharmacology strategy for oncology programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and scientific integrity
- Design and oversee clinical pharmacology studies to support clinical development plans
- Collaborate with teams across clinical development, biostatistics, and regulatory affairs to advance drug development initiatives
Required qualifications
- Ph.D. or equivalent in pharmacokinetics (PK)/pharmacodynamics (PD), Pharmacology, Chemistry, or a related field
- Minimum 8-15 years of experience in clinical pharmacology, specifically with small molecule modalities in oncology
- Proven track record in managing clinical pharmacology studies and developing regulatory submissions
- Strong understanding of oncology drug development processes and regulatory guidelines
- Advanced quantitative pharmacology skills, including PBPK, PK/PD modeling, and exposure-response analyses
