Job Summary
Providing strategic and operational leadership, the full-time Director of Clinical Pharmacology will manage clinical pharmacology strategies, oversee study designs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead clinical pharmacology efforts and provide scientific input to development and study teams
- Develop and execute strategies by integrating nonclinical and clinical data for study design and dose optimization
- Design and oversee clinical pharmacology studies, including human ADME and DDI studies, while ensuring regulatory compliance
Required qualifications
- PhD with 8+ years or MS with 12+ years of relevant experience in clinical pharmacology and drug development
- Strong knowledge of small-molecule drug development, including ADME, PK, and PK/PD
- Hands-on experience with noncompartmental PK analysis and familiarity with Phoenix WinNonlin and/or R
- Experience with model-informed drug development and quantitative modeling approaches
- Proven ability to author and review clinical pharmacology content for regulatory submissions
