Director of Clinical Product Management

Job Summary

To support a leading Danish pharmaceutical company, the full-time remote Director of Clinical Product Management will execute the product roadmap for a clinical data platform, collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive product development and improve user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Align clinical and operational priorities with technical capabilities on the StudyHub product roadmap
• Lead discovery and delivery cycles, translating complex clinical data workflows into prioritized product requirements
• Establish product metrics, track adoption, and drive continuous improvement based on user feedback

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, with at least 2 years at the Associate Director or Director level
• Experience building or managing data products, dashboards, or clinical/research data tools
• Proven stakeholder management skills in enterprise or client-embedded environments
• Pharma, clinical research, or health data domain experience
• Fluent in English; Danish or other Scandinavian language is a plus
