Job Summary
Leading the Clinical Content portfolio, the full-time Director of Clinical Product Management will manage and develop product managers, drive product strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and direct product managers to foster skill development and remove barriers to success
- Align product teams to enhance the patient experience and address clinical needs through actionable product features
- Oversee agile practices including sprint planning and backlog management while collaborating with various internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10+ years of successful management experience
- 8+ years of experience with technology-powered products in roles such as product manager, designer, or analyst
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager with measurable successes
- Experience in an Ambulatory Healthcare environment
