Director of Clinical Quality

Job Summary

To define and operationalize clinical quality at scale, the full-time remote Director of Clinical Quality will establish measurable standards, own clinical performance metrics, and build audit systems to ensure high-quality care across independent providers.

Key responsibilities

• Establish clear, measurable standards for clinical quality across assessments, treatment plans, and session delivery
• Design and track core quality KPIs, building systems to identify high- and low-performing providers
• Create scalable QA processes and ensure clinics are consistently audit-ready

Required qualifications

• BCBA certification required; BCBA-D preferred with multi-site or leadership experience
• Deep experience in ABA clinical practice and a strong perspective on high-quality care
• Experience working with payers, including knowledge of medical necessity and reimbursement dynamics
• Exposure to or interest in value-based care models and outcomes-driven reimbursement
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technology, operations, and payer relations teams
