Job Summary

To drive operational excellence in clinical referrals, the full-time Director of Clinical Referrals will oversee daily operations, manage a team of Clinical Referral Specialists, and interface with various stakeholders to enhance patient access to care, while working remotely with occasional travel to Massachusetts.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees the clinical referral process to eliminate delays and achieve key performance indicators
• Enables a patient-focused, customer service-driven culture, ensuring high-quality experiences in referral interactions
• Coaches and develops staff to prepare them for increased responsibilities and optimize their strengths

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Seven years of access center experience and three years of management experience within a healthcare access center
• Epic Cadence Certification or ability to obtain within two years of hire
