Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Research and Real World Evidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical research team and oversee virtual clinical trials and collaborations
• Develop real world evidence to assess clinical and economic outcomes in partnership with the data science team
• Create a long-term strategy for the scientific program and coordinate with marketing for evidence dissemination

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in a relevant quantitative health research discipline is required
• At least two years of direct patient experience in a clinical or research setting
• Minimum of two years in a leadership role with experience in claims analysis and economic outcome presentation
• Five years of experience in building and mentoring high-performing teams in a high-growth organization
• Outstanding scientific writing skills with multiple peer-reviewed publications
