Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the clinical research roadmap, prioritizing evidence needs
• Oversee research governance to ensure ethical conduct and regulatory compliance
• Translate complex research findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D., Sc.D., DrPH, or equivalent doctoral degree in a related quantitative discipline, or MPH/MS with 5+ years of experience
• Advanced expertise in statistical modeling and quantitative research methodologies
• Experience analyzing large healthcare datasets and conducting RCTs and prospective studies
• Proficiency in SQL, R, and Python
• Demonstrated experience in clinical research with peer-reviewed publications
