Director of Clinical Science

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Clinical Scientist to support the clinical development of CAR-T cell therapy programs in autoimmune diseases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to study design, execution, and interpretation for assigned CAR-T programs
• Prepare key clinical documents such as protocols, informed consent forms, and regulatory submissions
• Review and analyze clinical data to identify trends and ensure timely resolution through collaboration

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (MS, Ph.D., Pharm.D., M.D., or equivalent) in a relevant scientific discipline preferred
• 4-5+ years of clinical development experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or academic settings
• Experience in cell and gene therapy, particularly CAR-T or T-cell-based modalities, is strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of T-cell biology, immunology, and translational science principles
• Proven ability to author and review clinical protocols and regulatory documents
