Director of Clinical Science

Job Summary

To oversee all clinical aspects of clinical trials, the fully remote Director of Clinical Science will manage the planning and authoring of clinical deliverables, perform medical monitoring, and interact with investigative sites while ensuring data quality across multiple early-phase projects.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the authoring lead on clinical documents and manage site interactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive study execution and decision-making
• Review and clean study data, issue queries, and present findings to management

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience as a Clinical Scientist in a pharmaceutical or biotech company
• Prior experience in early phase 1-2 oncology studies is required
• Experience with hematologic malignancies is preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities effectively
• Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate across various disciplines
