Director of Clinical Site Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Clinical Site Management - US Oncology (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for US Oncology clinical operations
• Ensure on-time, high-quality execution of clinical trials and manage country clinical trial performance
• Develop a collaborative framework with internal and external stakeholders to advance clinical research

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (PhD, MD, MBA) preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Pharma or clinical research
• At least 5 years in a leadership role, with 3 years in clinical site monitoring
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, and talent management
