Job Summary

Leading the commercialization strategy for AI-enabled content and EHR partnerships, the full-time Director of Clinical Solutions will negotiate complex agreements and coordinate cross-functional efforts while working remotely or from the Dallas, Texas office.

Key responsibilities

• Defining alliance and licensing strategy
• Negotiating complex commercial and licensing agreements
• Coordinating cross-functional efforts with product, legal, and technology teams to support successful integration and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 8 years of progressive experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or health IT-adjacent organizations
• Experience in partnerships, enterprise sales, or commercialization functions
