Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution for commercialization of AI-enabled content and solutions, the full-time Director of Clinical Solutions will negotiate complex licensing agreements and oversee partnership development while working remotely or from the Dallas National Center.

Key responsibilities

• Defining alliance and licensing strategy
• Negotiating complex commercial and licensing agreements
• Coordinating cross-functional efforts to support successful integration and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 8 years of progressive experience in healthcare technology or health IT-adjacent organizations
• Experience in partnerships, enterprise sales, or commercialization functions
