A company is looking for a Director, Clinical Strategy and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation pipeline for chronic condition-focused solutions in value-based care
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and evaluate innovative clinical pathway concepts
• Lead the execution of pathway implementations and establish systems for performance tracking and optimization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of healthcare product management experience, or a Master's degree with 4+ years in a relevant environment
• Strong experience in chronic disease management and understanding of value-based care models
• Experience with integrated care models is preferred
• Proven ability to drive product innovation and work cross-functionally with diverse teams
• Analytical mindset with experience in leveraging data for decision-making and product performance optimization
