Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end journey of building, launching, and scaling customer Community Health Worker (CHW) programs
• Translate customer vision into clear program designs including workflows, roles, metrics, and benchmarks
• Use data and quantitative fluency to assess performance and identify root causes

Required Qualifications

• Graduate Degree in Health Policy, Healthcare Management, Population Health, or Healthcare Administration
• 7+ years in healthcare operations, practice management, or healthcare consulting
• Deep expertise in Medicare/Medicaid financing and value-based care
• Proven ability to design clinical workflows and staffing models from scratch
• Ability to travel 8-10 times per year for team retreats and customer onsite visits
