Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Enterprise Clinical Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead intelligence and due diligence activities to support strategic decision-making, including competitive landscape assessments and market analysis
• Oversee annual strategic planning cycles for clinical strategy and contribute to organization-wide strategy development
• Engage with matrix partners to build support for clinical initiatives and ensure operational activation of strategic plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare strategy, with at least 4 years in a clinical setting
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical strategy and healthcare innovation
• Strong financial acumen and experience with business case development
• Experience working effectively in a matrixed organization with strong stakeholder management skills
