Job Summary

To support strategic initiatives within a designated business unit, the full-time salaried Director of Clinical Strategy will shape and translate enterprise direction into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities while collaborating closely with business unit leadership in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with business unit leaders to develop strategic direction aligned with enterprise priorities and recommend strategic choices
• Translate approved strategies into multi-year and annual plans, ensuring alignment with enterprise planning and governance
• Lead executive strategy sessions and develop executive-ready narratives, decision memos, and presentation materials to drive alignment and execution

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• Minimum of 7 years of related work experience (Required)
• Minimum of 5 years in a managerial/supervisory role (Required)
• Experience in business analysis and strategic planning
• Proficiency in analytical thinking and market research
