Director of Clinical Support Services

Job Summary

Driving strategic and operational execution across Clinical Support Services, the full-time salaried Director of Clinical Support Services will manage workflows, lead process improvement initiatives, and support clinical operations while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, primarily onsite in Brentwood, TN with potential for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and oversight for all Clinical Support Services functions to support clinical operations and patient care
• Lead and coach CSS supervisors in operational management and support of CSS team members
• Design and implement continuous process improvement initiatives, refining workflows and developing standard operating procedures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience in health administration or operations management
• Minimum of five years of leadership experience, including managing remote employees
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry preferred
• Advanced analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and Salesforce preferred
• Experience in value-based healthcare preferred
