Director of Clinical Talent Strategy

Job Summary

To build and lead an enterprise-wide approach to clinical talent management, the full-time Director of Clinical Talent Strategy will design and execute a unified talent strategy, strengthen internal pipelines, and influence external talent acquisition while operating in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a cohesive clinical talent strategy that integrates recruiting, development, and retention efforts
• Establish enterprise standards for clinical talent reviews and enhance visibility of high-potential talent across the organization
• Develop governance structures for clinical talent initiatives and maintain accountability for measurable outcomes

Required qualifications

• Experience in consulting, operations, HR, or a hybrid role with a focus on enterprise-level strategy or transformation initiatives
• Proven ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments and drive change effectively
• Strong project and program management skills across multiple workstreams
• Executive communication skills with the ability to create compelling narratives for stakeholder engagement
• Healthcare or clinical experience is a plus, but not required
