Director of Clinical Technology

Job Summary

Guiding the strategic product direction for the department, the full-time remote Director of Clinical Technology will manage the product roadmap, oversee the product lifecycle, and align stakeholders on complex business needs to drive impactful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the translation of business strategy into actionable product strategies and roadmaps through collaboration with business leaders and technology teams
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle of multiple enterprise-wide products, ensuring design, development, implementation, and support
• Drive a sustainable cyclical process of business value, including financial reviews, opportunity sizing, and product development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in business operations and systems integration, particularly in call center, enrollment, billing, and payment processing applications
• 5+ years of experience in agile software development and large-scale program management
• Management experience with budgeting and business case development
• Preferred experience in health insurance and program management
