Director of Clinical Transformation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development and deployment of clinical transformation programs to improve clinical quality and patient service
• Lead engagement with practice operators and radiologist leaders, ensuring successful program deployment and reporting
• Oversee a team of up to 8 direct reports, providing performance management and support for Clinical Transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; relevant graduate degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MHA, MD)
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare business, preferably in provider operations
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Experience in radiologist practice operations is preferred
• Management consulting experience and understanding of radiologist workflow are helpful
