Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Clinical Value and Outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead external presentations of clinical and healthcare economic information to payers and decision-makers
• Translate clinical data and real-world evidence into payer-relevant value narratives for coverage decisions
• Develop and maintain relationships with payer stakeholders, capturing insights to inform strategy

Required Qualifications

• Doctoral-level degree (PharmD, PhD, MD/DO, or equivalent)
• 5-10 years of experience in Market Access, HEOR, or Medical Affairs
• Strong understanding of payer dynamics and U.S. reimbursement landscapes
• Knowledge of HEOR methodologies and oncology experience required
• Demonstrated expertise in communicating complex clinical and real-world evidence
