Job Summary
Seeking an operationally-minded Director of Clinician Support, the full-time remote position will manage clinician onboarding, training, and engagement strategies while leveraging AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and reduce clinician burnout.
Key responsibilities
- Support clinician onboarding and ongoing training while ensuring timely licensure applications
- Define and implement the clinician engagement and retention strategy to enhance provider satisfaction and reduce turnover
- Monitor and improve clinician support experiences, addressing operational friction points and optimizing workflows for high-quality care delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience
- 3-5 years of experience supporting clinicians in a digital health or telehealth environment
- Strong background in behavioral health operations and experience optimizing clinical workflows
- Practical experience leveraging AI tools to streamline operations
- Significant experience in creating training modules and performance dashboards
