Job Summary

Seeking an operationally-minded Director of Clinician Support, the full-time remote position will manage clinician onboarding, training, and engagement strategies while leveraging AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and reduce clinician burnout.

Key responsibilities

• Support clinician onboarding and ongoing training while ensuring timely licensure applications
• Define and implement the clinician engagement and retention strategy to enhance provider satisfaction and reduce turnover
• Monitor and improve clinician support experiences, addressing operational friction points and optimizing workflows for high-quality care delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience
• 3-5 years of experience supporting clinicians in a digital health or telehealth environment
• Strong background in behavioral health operations and experience optimizing clinical workflows
• Practical experience leveraging AI tools to streamline operations
• Significant experience in creating training modules and performance dashboards
